Double-shell suspended vertical multi-stage bobbin condensate pump
The double-shell suspended vertical multistage bobbin condensate pump is suitable for transporting condensate in condenser hot wells in thermal power plants, biomass power generation and self-supplied electric generator sets under high vacuum conditions, and can also be used for transporting media with physical and chemical properties similar to water in NPSH or chemical processes with limited installation base. LDTN, LDTNA, and LDTNB pumps are all vertical cymbal bag structures. The suction and discharge interfaces of the pump are located on the pump barrel and the discharge seat respectively, and the working part of the pump (including the pump shaft, impeller, diversion shell and bearing, etc.) can be extracted without disassembling the inlet pipeline during maintenance. The suction and dispensing interfaces of the pump can be changed at various angles such as 180° and 90° to meet the needs of installation.
Performance Range:
Flow rate: 8~2560m3/h
Head: 40~390m
Conveying medium temperature: room temperature ~ 80°C (special requirements can reach 120°C)
Features:
1. High inhalation, i.e. good cavitation performance.
2. Negative pressure countermeasures with vertical, closed outer cylinder structure.
3. The pump has high efficiency and a stable and gentle flow-head curve.
4. Compact structure and small footprint.
5. High operation reliability, reasonable structure, easy to assemble and disassemble maintenance.
